1 hard to find sheath for the U.S. World War II Shipley knuckle knife. A Shipley knuckle knife was chosen by author Mike Silvey to adorn the back cover of his book, Knives of the United States Military–World War II. This rare knife would make a fine addition to any collection.
This Shipley knuckle knife is marked on the scabbard ‘C.P. SHIPLEY, KANSAS CITY.’.
This sheath will allow completion of a Shipley knuckle knife for those collectors who have the knife only–or who have a sheath in poor condition.

1 U.S. World War 2 PRESENTATION 1918 Mk1 trench knife. This knife was presented to a U.S. 2-Star General. This knife would make an incredible addition to any collection.
The ‘U.S. 1918 LF&C – 1918’ marked was ground off the handle so that the knife could be engraved with the presentation ‘LOU WITTE TO J.C. FEGAN MAJ. GEN. U.S.M.C.‘.
2-Star General Joseph C. Fegan (Sr.) served the Marine Corps during World War 2. (His son, Joseph C. Fegan, Jr., also went on to become a Major General in the Marine Corps).
The person who made this presentation knife replaced the blade and skull-crusher pommel with those he machined himself.

This knife measures 11 3/4″ overall. The blade itself measures 6 3/4″. ‘U.S. 1918 L.F.&C.-1918’ is marked on the handle.
This knife did not have a scabbard when the collector who owned it originally bought it. The collector bought a modern reproduction scabbard for this knife. This replacement scabbard is pictured in the listing, and comes with the knife.
