1 vintage U.S. Vietnam War private purchase Kon Tum tribal fighting knife. This fine Vietnam fighting knife would make an exceptional addition to any collection.
The blade is engraved on each side. One side is marked ‘K.T’ for Kon Tum. The other side of the blade is marked ‘V.N’ for Vietnam.
The knife blade measures 8 1/16″. This knife measures 12 15/16″ overall. The sheath leather is perhaps hide from a water buffalo.

1 very rare Randall BC Vietnam fighting knife available. This fine private purchase U.S. fighting knife would make an exceedingly rare addition to any collection.
This knife can be see on page 91 of Mike Silvey’s Knives of the United States Military in Vietnam. Randall could not fill all of the orders for fighting knives during the Vietnam War, so they offered this knife Fairbairn-Sykes British commando knife. Randall discarded the F-S sheath, and put these knives in a Johnson roughback Randall sheath with the back stamp ‘B C’.
The blade measures 6 7/8″. The guard is marked ‘ENGLAND’. The handle has the ‘1’ mold mark.

The sheath is stamped at the throat ‘Eddie Bauer’. The sharpening steel is etched with the Eddie Bauer name as well. The etch is no longer visible on the blade. The blade measures 7″. This knife measures 11 11/16″ overall.

This Gerber is serial number ‘06911’. The blade is etched with the soldier’s name ‘NEAL HAYS AF15977752‘.
The sheath has the 2-line Gerber stamp, and the right-hand keeper strap. The sheath houses the Gerber sharpening steel.
