The V44 fighting knife was issued to the 2nd Marine Raiders during World War 2 in fighting behind enemy lines in the South Pacific. This V44 commemorates the Raider V44 fighting knife.
This knife has a 9 1/8″ blade. This knife measures 13 7/8″ overall. This knife is engraved with its low Limited Edition serial #: ‘0032’. This knife comes in a felt-lined wood display box.
This knife was made in the U.S.A.

This knife was made by Ken Largin for KnifeWorks in the 1980’s. This huge Bowie knife measures 15 1/2″ overall. The blade itself measures 10″.
The guard and pommel are made of brass, and have developed a nice patina. This knife has full tang construction. The handle is a light-stained hardwood. Embedded in the handle is a genuine U.S. Civil War mini ball bullet. The blade is stamped ‘KELGIN CSA’. Note the file-worked blade spine.
